A giugno (dal 16 al 29) il team italiano di 3BMeteo con Isacco Emiliani, ha effettuato una spedizione Artica per realizzare un reportage e un documentario con l’obiettivo di raccontare i cambiamenti climatici visti dal loro team e da chi da sempre abita in uno dei luoghi oggi più compromessi del pianeta: la Groenlandia.
Tutta la spedizione si è concentrata infatti su quegli elementi che oggi vedono in maniera drammatica il cambiamento climatico: permafrost, ghiacciai e ghiaccio marino e ovviamente le popolazioni locali. Questa è la prima spedizione di un progetto a lungo termine di 3B meteo che si pone l’obiettivo di dar voce a quei luoghi che vedono in maniera più evidente i cambiamenti climatici, di seguito il sito dedicato di questo progetto:

Isacco Emiliani (1991) è un fotografo e videomaker italiano, il suo lavoro si basa su progetti a lungo termine che raccontano l’ambiente e il rapporto tra l’uomo e la natura. Lavora e realizza progetti e storie in collaborazione con enti, Onlus e aziende; svolge programmi formativi per le scuole e workshop fotografici immersivi. Dal 2016 è autore del progetto autonomo e in corso Arctic Visions, una collana composta da più collezioni per raccontare le regioni artiche sensibilizzando con le immagini la loro grande bellezza e fragilità (White Finland, 2017; Prehistoric Norway, 2018; Native Alaska, 2019; No Man’s Terra Svalbard, 2020). Nel 2022 ha pubblicato Ottantuno con NutsForLife, un libro d’arte dedicato ai grandi alberi incontrati con suo nonno in sette anni di cammini notturni. I suoi lavori sono stati presentati in rinomati luoghi espositivi tra cui: il Festival Circulation(s) al CENTQUATRE-Paris (Parigi 2023), Gallerie D’Italia – Inside (Torino 2022), La Cappella – Panoramic Festival (Barcellona 2022), il Museo di Scienze Naturali di Granollers (Granollers 2022), Auditorium Parco della Musica – Centenario dei parchi italiani (Roma, 2022), Les Cultures Odv (Lecco, 2021), Grenze – Arsenali Fotografici (Verona , 2021), il MIC – Museo Internazionale della Ceramica (Faenza, 2018). From the 16th to the 29th of June, the Italian 3BMeteo team, together with Isacco Emiliani, went on an Arctic expedition to shoot a reportage as well as a documentary with the aim of narrating the climate change as witnessed by their crew and by those who have always lived in one of the most endangered places on the planet today: Greenland.
The entire expedition focused in fact on those elements that nowadays are dramatically affected by climate change: permafrost, glaciers, sea ice, and, of course, the local populations. This marks the first expedition of a long-term research project undertaken by 3B meteo which aims to give a voice to those places that are experiencing climate changes in the most striking way. Isacco Emiliani (1991) is an Italian photographer and videomaker; his work revolves around long-term projects that tell the story of the environment and the relationship between man and nature.
He researches and creates projects and stories in collaboration with institutions, non-profit organizations and companies; moreover, Emiliani carries out educational programs for schools and immersive photography workshops. Since 2016 he has authored the autonomous and ongoing project Arctic Visions, a series consisting of multiple collections which narrate about the Arctic regions by raising awareness on their grand beauty and fragility through images (White Finland, 2017; Prehistoric Norway, 2018; Native Alaska, 2019; No Man's Terra Svalbard, 2020).
In 2022 he published Ottantuno with NutsForLife, an art book dedicated to the great trees he encountered with his grandfather in seven years of night walks.
